You can create your account on popularshoemart.com using your mobile number

1. Enter your Mobile Number on clicking SignUp

2. Click on "Create New Account"

3. Enter the OTP you get on your mobile number

Placing order, tracking, delivery

Order Processing & shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

We will ensure our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 5 working days of the order.

In some cases, order processing may take longer, up to 7-10 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or suppliers.

Orders are processed both from our warehouse in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh as well as our retail stores network across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

Orders can come from multiple warehouses or stores. If you only receive part of your shipment, don't worry, you'll receive tracking on your other goods as they ship.

Upon dispatch of the order, you will receive a tracking number along with an URL within 2 days. You can use that URL to track you order.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies through our delivery partner Shiprocket.

Delivery?

During COVID we were experiencing delivery times of about 4-6 days. However, based on the actual data we have, it appears that most orders were being delivered within 4 days, regardless of the initial estimation. 

We will strive to deliver your products within 4-5 business days if your delivery address is within the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. For the rest of India, it may take up to 7 -10 business days depending on the Courier Partner's timelines.

Please note due to COVID-19 we are unable to take guarantee for any delay in shipments, we request you to reach out to the delivery partner with the tracking number shared with you for a prompt update.

What are the shipping charges?

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders above RS. 999.00

Orders Below Rs. 1000 will attract a shipping charge of Rs. 50

COD Orders will attract a Convenience fee of Rs. 50 additionally

How can I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive communication from our end.

Payments

How can I pay for my order at popularshoemart.com?

Payment can be made through any of these modes:

4. Wallet

5. UPI Payment

6. Cash on Delivery (CoD)

Please note:

1. CoD orders are available only in select PIN Codes. Verify PIN Code serviceability before placing order

2. CoD orders will be charged at Rs. 50

How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?

With the Cash on Delivery option, popularshoemart.com allows you to pay for your orders at the time of delivery. For orders below Rs. 1000, we charge an addition Rs. 50 for shipping

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please check the following:

Billing address

Password/OTP

After checking, please retry the payment

If your payment still fails. You can use CoD option provided the facility is available in your area

If CoD option is not available, please try ordering in sometime

Cancellation, Return, Replace

What is popularshoemart.com's Cancellation Policy?

You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available. This includes items purchased on sale as well.

How do I cancel my Order?

Tap on the My Orders section under the main menu and then select the item or order you want to cancel.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you have not paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

What is popularshoemart.com's Return Policy? How does it work?

The products purchased on popularshoemart.com can be returned within 15 days of purchase. Post this, return is not allowed. Also, for the return to be valid, we request that you do not use the product and keep the price tags intact. This will be checked by our executive who picks up the product as well as in our warehouse

How do I return a product on popularshoemart.com

You can place a 'Return Request' under the 'My Orders' section of main menu

Choose the product you want to return

Click on 'Return' option

Select the reason for return. Please note that selecting the right reason for return will help us service you better

Your schedule for pickup will be informed via a message.

Please Note: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, polybags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags and gift boxes. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

How do I get my refund for request on popularshoemart.com?

Your return amount is entirely dependent on the payment method, you selected while creating the order.

If you order was COD, then you have to fill the your bank account details while creating a return request. Corresponding amount will be dispatched in your bank account.

In case of any online payment by Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking / UPI. The amount will be refunded back to corresponding channel.

Also if you have used any of Loyalty Points or Credits Points (completely or partially), corresponding return amount will be given to you in form of credit points. Which you can check in the credits section in the dashboard/my orders
Note: COD charges and shipping charges will not be refunded in any case.

Will popularshoemart.com pick up my returned product?
Yes, We will pick your returned items. The pickup date and time will be confirmed to you once you place a return request
